Studio Information

New to Yoga?  Here’s what to do:

• All classes are drop in – please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.

• Bring a yoga mat (mats are available for $2 rent at the studio)  towel, (towels can be rented for $1) and water is for sale the the studio for $1.  It is also important to drink plenty of water before and after class.

• Bring water

• Wear comfortable (but not too loose) clothing and plan to be barefoot

• Practice yoga on an empty stomach.

• Be prepared to sweat.  The room is heated.

Class Descriptions

Basic:  A class designed for beginners and those students who may be looking for a gentler way to explore breath, flexibility and range of motion. In order for the student to build a sound yoga foundation, detoxify and open the body, the room is heated to approximately 75 degrees and emphasis is placed on proper alignment.

All Levels: These classes lead you through a series of postures that will not only strengthen you, but build both flexibility and endurance. Let yourself be brought to a place of deep inner calm without struggle in your practice. The class is done in a heated room to help open the body, encourage greater flexibility and detoxification. Heat is set to approximately 80 – 85 degrees.

Power Basic:  This class is geared toward the beginner that desires a challenge while enjoying a non-judgmental place to try something that might be brand new to them. This class revolves around various sequences of poses that flow from one to another while focusing on breath. The room is HOT with the temperature set to approximately 90 degrees to to aid in creating deeper flexibility and detoxification. Options are shown to modify poses to suit all levels.

Power:  A rigorous, empowering flow. Come challenge your body, free your mind and detoxify! Room is heated to 90-95 degrees.

Power Hour: A rigorous 60 minute challenging flow. Come challenge your body, free your mind and detoxify!

TGIF Flow:  Our flow class taught with the motivation of music. Let the beats and rhythm challenge you to go deeper into your flow. A great way to purge the stress of your work week!

Restore and Rejuvenate:  The perfect class to balance out your regular yoga practice and your hectic life.  This class includes a meditative flow of sun salutations followed by a series of restorative poses.
